At Veda Babe our focus is on sacred ritual for complete mind-body wellness, beautification and longevity - through education, products and services. Our products are inspired by the rejuvenative potency of the Panchakarma system of Ayurvedic Medicine. Veda Babe exists to help the modern woman identify and reconnect with own her innate superpower. She does this by rewiring both body and mind, to recharge her inner Superbabe.
We translate the 5,000-year-old wisdom of Ayurveda into refined, modern ritual: designed to restore vitality, amplify magnetism, and help women rediscover their special and unique potential.

Qualifications
Jennifer has studied at Yoga Veda Institute, Ayurvedic Living School and National Holistic Institute. She is an Ordained Spiritual Practitioner and NAMA-Certified Panchakarma Technician. She is currently completing certifications as a Trauma-Informed Ayurvedic Health & Life Coach, Vedic Herbalist, and Chopra-Certified Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor.
She is a lifelong learner who from a very young age felt called to help and heal others, and she is in perpetual pursuit of this. To fill her own cup, Jen likes spending time in nature, practicing yoga, singing, writing and playing music. She also revels in embarking on spontaneous adventures with Doug, her husband of ten years, and their 2 year-old son William Nathaniel Shalom.

Sarah has studied at Institute of Health Sciences, Ireland, My Vinyasa Practice School, New World Ayurveda and Ayurvedic Living School. She is a Certified Ayurvedic Nutritionist, Ordained Spiritual Practitioner, NAMA-certified Panchakarma Technician, and Ayurvedic Practitioner in training. She is also currently completing her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training.
When she's not working, studying or making mischief with her nephew Will, Sarah is traveling, experimenting with a new language or embracing a new culture. Her greatest passion is helping educate and inspire those around her toward a love of from-scratch, freshly prepared and delicious food.

Our Founders
Veda Babe was founded by twin sisters Sarah Ray and Jennifer Lynch: artists, innovators, and seasoned entrepreneurs whose 30-year creative journey spans music, product design, and health and wellness. As the Grammy-nominated musical duo Inventing Eve, they built an artistic legacy rooted in authenticity, emotional depth, and inimitable twin harmony. They made stages from New York to Europe their home.
When they weren't touring, recording or building the next brand, Jen and Sarah's shared lifelong passion was being lived out: educating and guiding others on their road toward personal wellness and embodied health. They studied traditional and alternative Nutrition, Perennial Wisdom and Spirituality, Yoga, Meditation and the Culinary Arts. Their travels and sojourns abroad sparked within them a deep love of the cultural experience and the human quest to uncover one's own true place and calling in this world.
The twins' flair for creativity and love of culture led them into the world of culinary innovation, where they co-founded Twin Heart Foods, a high-end food incubator which developed disruptive brands, from concept to commercialization. Its star product, Crema Lusso - the first and only in its space - was a clean-label liquid, shelf-stable gelato mix designed in honor of their Italian-American heritage. Crema Lusso brought high-quality artisan Italian craftsmanship to major hospitality foodservice partners including Facebook, Disney, and Hilton Hotels.
For more than a decade, Sarah and Jennifer have designed and championed thoughtful products aimed at improving the life experience and cultivating joy. They combine creative instinct and twin telepathy with passion and unwavering commitment to authenticity.
Together, they infuse every Veda Babe product and service with wisdom, creative artistry, and a deep-rooted devotion to seeing positive transformation in the world through personal awakening and empowerment.
